| CARLOS SASTRE SENDS GREETINGS TO ALL OUR READERS!
Greetings of the season to all our readers!
2008 was a long and eventful year for 3T. We thank you all for visiting – we see more and more of you here with every passing month – and hope you’ll stay with us for 2009, which promises even more!
It’s no secret that we at 3T owe a great deal to Carlos Sastre. You’ve seen his pictures here all year long, riding our equipment. Without him and his team mates, we would have found it much harder to show you what you can achieve with 3T.
So we’re delighted Carlos has accepted our invitation to send his personal greetings to his friends and supporters among us:
“Hola to all my friends here! I’m grateful to you for your loyalty and support this past season and I hope you’ll stay with me in my new team for 2009, Cervélo TestTeam.
3T, along with Cervélo, is a founding sponsor of the TestTeam, so I’ll be riding 3T again. I’m happy about that.
With the overall win at the Tour de France, last season was my most successful ever. I rode all my races on 3T, including the days the fans remember best – the ascent of Alpe d’Huez and the individual time trial on the last weekend of the Tour. So you can say I’m very happy with 3T!
This coming season will be a new challenge, with a new team. The competition in the big tours will be even stronger than ever. I’m looking forward to it.
I’m also looking forward to working with our partners at TestTeam to help them make equipment that helps us, and you, achieve the ultimate performance.
